Art Director/Freelance


The successful candidate will be involved in developing creative concept, direct marketing, and design for all clients. Individual will develop all print, broadcast, and electronic media materials in supports of client sales and marketing needs. If you are proficient in MAC design applications, have 3 to 5 years experience, and would enjoy working in a fast paced, team oriented, and deadline driven environment, you should consider CMA.

Association Administrator


The successful candidate will assist CMA association managers and staff in coordinating a wide range of activities for non-profit trade and professional association clients. Duties include maintenance of databases, supporting member services and programs, membership payments, and assistance with event planning. The individual must be computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Association Manager


This position will oversee administrative operations for several of our association clients. Responsibilities also include execution of daily operations and administrative functions, planning/producing/attending meetings and conferences, managing membership recruitment/retention efforts, managing financial resources within budget, serving as a liaison to board and members, staff supervision, and assisting with special projects as assigned. Occasional travel for annual conference or quarterly board meetings required.

This position will assist in the coordination of varied activities applicable to the management of a diverse client base of trade and non-profit associations. Will implement daily projects, assist on correspondence to board members, generate monthly reports, participate in event planning activities and assist with membership enhancement. Office Manager, PT/FT

Responsible for the direction and coordination of several office operations; including human resources, benefits, recruitment, facility, vendor relations and admin support. Researches, interviews, and negotiates with suppliers to obtain prices and specifications.

Relieves the executive vice president of administrative type functions in order to increase the time an executive has available for executive level responsibilities. May handle a wide variety of situations and administrative functions of the office. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Requires an associate's degree or its equivalent with at least 4 years of experience.

Public Relations Coordinator


Creative Marketing Alliance is seeking a Public Relations Coordinator to support day to day client activity. Position will report to the Sr. VP, General Manager and be responsible for administration and assistance to PR Account Executives for a diverse client base (B to B, industrial/ commercial and e-tech companies).

One year minimum PR experience preferred. Excellent written and oral communications skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively assist in the writing of publicity materials including press releases, media advisories, pitch letters. Experience with developing targeted media lists and pitching the media. Associate's of Bachelor’s degree with a preferred major in public relations, communications, or related field.

Web Programmer/Designer, PT/FT

Responsibilities/Abilities include producing website templates and pages using CSS, Server-Side. Includes, Microsoft .ASP code, develop in Flash, create web forms, and work with other standard web formats and file types. Uploading pages to our servers, and test sites in various browsers, as directed by our creative staff and project managers. (HTML), JavaScript, Action script, Cold Fusion, Java, Perl and Flash, or using code-generating programs, such as Dreamweaver. Knowledge of graphic design packages such as Fireworks and Photoshop in order to produce basic layout and manipulate images. Skills in cascading style sheets (CSS), e-commerce and server side technologies, such as PHP and Perl, and internet security are also important. Must be able to demonstrate solid experience with Dreamweaver, HTML/XHTML and CSS.

2+ Years Expertise in Web Programming and Interface Development. Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self starter and in a team-based environment. Education requirements include a successful graduate of professional specialized classes in many of the disciplines listed herein. College degree in this or related field preferred.

Internships


Creative Marketing Alliance accepts resumes for full time or part time interns to support activity within its art/design, marketing, public relations, association management and financial departments. Depending upon the area of concentration, the candidate will assist our staff in a support role and will be given opportunities to observe and participate in the day-to-day operation of a full service marketing and communications firm.

Finance Intern

The ideal candidate should be attending a four-year school, majoring in finance or accounting, and preferably be in his/her junior year. This will be an unpaid internship. The candidate will assist our staff in the areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing.

Public Relations Intern

The ideal candidate should be attending a four-year school, majoring in public relations or communications, and preferably be in his/her junior year. This will be an unpaid internship. The candidate will assist our public relations staff with press releases, news releases, case studies, database management, and client support.

Marketing Intern

The ideal candidate should be attending a four-year school, majoring in marketing, and preferably be in his/her junior year. This will be an unpaid internship. The candidate will assist our staff in coordinating ad campaigns for existing clients: emphasis on business to business accounts, industrial and commercial.

Graphic Design Intern

The ideal candidate should be attending a four-year school, majoring in art or graphic design, and preferably be in his/her junior year. This will be an unpaid internship. The candidate will assist our staff in the areas of creative concept, direct marketing and design.

Association and Event Management Administrative Support Intern

The ideal candidate should be attending a four-year school and preferably be in his/her junior year. This will be an unpaid internship. The candidate will assist our association executives in coordinating activities for non-profit and trade associations. Duties may include maintenance of databases, supporting membership services programs and membership payments, and assistance with event planning. Individual must be computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access are a plus.
