3PM TEAMS WITH CMA FOR ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Board Members Applaud CMA Staff for Overall Event Management

PRINCETON JUNCTION, NJ – November 10, 2008 – CMA Association Management, a full-service association management and event planning firm, recently completed a successful annual conference for the Third Party Marketers Association (3PM). The 3PM Annual Conference was held from October 29-30, 2008 at the Sheraton Gateway Suites O’Hare in Chicago. The conference officially began the kick-off to 3PM’s 10th anniversary celebration.

The CMA account team planned the annual conference throughout the year with 3PM, a professional association composed of more than 70 member organizations that assist in increasing institutional assets for their diverse following of investment manager clients. CMA managed all aspects of the conference from site selection and on-site management, to arranging speakers, registration and payment coordination as well as arranging for the production of visual materials such as signage, conference proceedings and brochures. CMA promoted the conference through email communications and public relations to increase attendance levels over the previous year and generate interest in the association to prospective members.
