CREATIVE MARKETING ALLIANCE WELCOMES NEW EMPLOYEES

Princeton Junction, NJ – October 29, 2008 – Creative Marketing Alliance (CMA) welcomes the addition of four new employees to the agency: Kelly Davis, Meghan Higgins, Lindsay Piccolella and Jennifer Thayer.

Kelly Davis, Marketing Coordinator, is responsible for coordinating marketing, advertising and interactive projects for many of CMA’s clients. This role also includes managing the day-to-day activities involved in developing new client proposals, business networking, presentations, sales calls and follow-up contact. Prior to CMA, Kelly handled all fundraising and marketing efforts for a variety of non-profit and trade associations on a statewide and national level. Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and International Relations from Gettysburg College and is a resident of Hamilton, NJ.

Meghan Higgins, Public Relations Coordinator, is responsible for supporting day-to-day client activity including generating media coverage through the development and distribution of press releases, articles and media alerts, while making connections with key media contacts in order to increase brand awareness and maintain strong ties among client target audiences. Before joining CMA, Meghan interned at the agency where she supported the public relations staff through a number of media activities. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ), and her Associate Degree in Liberal Arts from Ocean County College. She is a resident of Toms River, NJ.

Lindsay Piccolella, Marketing Coordinator, is responsible for coordinating marketing, advertising and interactive projects for CMA’s diverse marketing client base, ensuring all activity is developed and delivered on time and on-budget. She also supports the manager of client services by handling external and internal marketing efforts. Lindsay previously worked as an office manager for Accurate Dental Group where she managed a variety of marketing projects including print and electronic media and direct sales, while maintaining communication between client accounts and company executives. Lindsay graduated from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies, and attended Mercer County Community College where she earned her Associate Degree in Humanities and Social Science. She is a resident of Hamilton, NJ.

Jennifer Thayer, Association Coordinator, is responsible for handling all membership activities including dues, database and website management as well as membership communications, while helping to coordinate conferences. Jennifer previously worked in the Monmouth County administrator’s office where she handled all administrative responsibilities including public and media inquiries, department communications and meeting management. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Boston College and is a resident of Freehold, NJ.
