Inspirational speaker and bestselling author Kevin Touhey, along with the Lenape Regional High School District and Drexel University’s Sports Management Department have announced a panel discussion on the current state of sports will take place on February 25, 2009 from 7:00 – 9:30 pm at the Lenape Regional Performing Arts Center (LRPAC) in Marlton, New Jersey.

To discuss ways to “Compete with Compassion,” Touhey has invited his peers in the sports community including former Philadelphia Eagles Fred Barnett and Vince Papale, Olympic gymnast Janet Papale, Drexel University Sports Management Department chairman David O’Brien, gymnastics coach Kim Bonus of Will-Moor Gymnastics and Shawnee High School student athlete Chris LaPierre.

With the help of Creative Marketing Alliance (CMA), a full-service integrated marketing communications firm, Touhey has become widely recognized regionally for his heartfelt, inspirational workshops for businesses, associations, schools and sports teams.

“Our team is hard at work spreading the word about this major event that takes a close look at the perceptions of sports today,” said Jeff Barnhart, President and CEO of CMA. “We feel his overall message of optimism can benefit people from all walks of life and urge anyone in the area to come to this free event and see what he’s all about.”
