TMCA Invests in New Management and Marketing Initiative with CMA Association Management

PRINCETON JUNCTION, NJ – January 27, 2010 – The Transportation Marketing and Communications Association (TMCA) has selected CMA Association Management (CMA) located in Princeton Junction, NJ for association management and strategic marketing initiatives.

CMA will support TMCA’s core programs such as the Compass Awards, expand educational and networking opportunities for members and increase the membership base through a focused sales effort and public relations program. By providing event planning and management, membership services, financial management, sponsor and exhibitor recruitment, and other growth-oriented marketing communications activities, CMA will uphold TMCA’s mission to provide knowledge, connections, recognition, and solutions to marketing, sales, and communications professionals in the transportation and logistics industries.

“For over 20 years, CMA has helped associations like TMCA apply time-tested best business practices to membership growth and maintenance programs,” said Jeffrey Barnhart, president and CEO of CMA. “We are looking forward to helping TMCA grow and deliver value to their members.”

“Now more than ever, our members need an association that can offer them valuable opportunities to grow and strengthen their businesses,” said Hernan Vera, TMCA chairman. “I’m confident CMA is the right association management and marketing company to provide the beneficial programs and support that TMCA and its members need.”
