Rider Alumni Receives Achievement Award from Alma Mater

Barnhart accepted the Department of Communication and Journalism’s Alumni Achievement Award from Rider University’s chapter of Lambda Pi Eta—the Communication Honor Society—at its recent induction ceremony. He addressed both new and current members on the importance of pursuing excellence, a subject matter Barnhart is well-versed in as a successful entrepreneur and businessman. Barnhart graduated from Rider University in 1977 with a BA degree in journalism, and founded CMA 24 years ago.
