CMA Expands Staff to Support Growth PRINCETON JUNCTION, NJ - October 7, 2011 - Creative Marketing Alliance, a single-source marketing communications and association management firm based in Princeton Junction, New Jersey, announced the addition of three new staff members: Ian Singer, marketing director; Gabrielle Copperwheat, association manager and Matt Kulcsar, interactive art designer. The expansion in these areas reflects CMA's efforts to support growth within the firm and keep up with changing client needs. Ian is head of CMA's business development team and drives forward the strategic processes clients need to achieve growth. He develops new client relationships through direct outreach, and helps clients determine the right strategy before leading the implementation of marketing tactics. He has developed business-to-business and business-to-consumer branding and direct response campaigns for major multi-national corporations as well as startups prior to joining CMA. Ian received his Bachelor of Science with a concentration in mass marketing and advertising from West Virginia University and resides in Toms River, New Jersey. Gabrielle's duties include orchestrating association initiatives and activities by providing strategic direction and leadership that align with associations; mission, strategic goals and objectives. She also oversees operations for associations including strategic marketing, contract compliance, financial and member services, as well as events. Prior to joining CMA, Gabrielle managed IT, finance and administration functions for a local chapter of a major U.S.-based association. She received her BA from DeSales University in Pennsylvania and also completed courses and workshops in IT, finance and various languages. Gabrielle resides in Pennington, New Jersey. Matt is responsible for designing, programming and revising websites as well as enhancing e-marketing communications materials. Matt has held several senior interactive developer positions, having developed content managed websites, e-blasts, single-page websites and interactive displays as well as combining search engine optimization and search engine marketing strategies with social media. Matt holds a B.S. in computer science and a minor in fine arts from the University of South Carolina, Coastal. Matt resides in Hillsborough, New Jersey.
